How we handle your personal data

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is F.H. Dawo, ul. Jana Sabały 49, 31-479 Kraków, Poland, NIP 679-153-02-80, f.h.dawo@gmail.com.

Without buying

You can use the free practice test without an account. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising and we do not use analytics tools. Your progress (for example which topics you answer wrongly) and your access code are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

The website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify records technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and operation (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you buy access

Payments are handled by Stripe. To sell you access we process your e-mail address, name, country, the payment amount and date, and the payment card data processed by Stripe (we only see the last four digits). Purpose: to deliver the access, to recover your code at your request and to comply with accounting and tax rules. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Stripe also processes data for fraud prevention as an independent controller.

How long

Purchase and invoice data are kept for 5 years from the end of the year of payment, as required by Polish tax law. Server logs are kept for a short time by Netlify.

Outside the EU/EEA

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland); Stripe, Inc. in the United States may also process data. Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Both companies are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Netlify and Stripe keep technical logs for the periods set out in their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and the right to object. Write to us at the e-mail address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority – in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your own country.
