Terms of purchase
1. Seller

2. The service
Prøveklar is an independent online practice service for Nordic licence and knowledge exams. It is not affiliated with any authority, and the questions are not official exam questions. They are training questions written from current laws and regulations, with an explanation and a source. Using the service does not guarantee that you pass the exam.
3. Free test
You can take a free practice test with 10 questions without an account and without payment.
4. What you buy
You buy time-limited access (30 or 90 days, as stated on the offer) to the full question bank for one exam: all practice questions with explanations and sources, topic practice and full mock exams. The price is shown before payment and is the final price. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and nothing is renewed automatically.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment is made by card or other methods offered by Stripe. Access is delivered immediately after payment as an access code, which is shown on the screen and can be used on your other devices. The access period begins when the payment has been completed. If you lose the code, you can recover it with your e-mail address and the last four digits of your card.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. Access to the question bank is digital content delivered immediately. Before payment you ask us to start delivery right away and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been delivered (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If access is not delivered, you keep your right of withdrawal.
7. Errors and complaints
If you find an error in a question or the service does not work, write to us at the e-mail address above. We will answer within 14 days. If the access or the content does not conform to the contract – for example if access does not work, or questions are wrong or out of date – you have the statutory remedies for digital content: we bring it into conformity (correct or update it), and if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract and get your money back.
8. Responsibility
The questions are practice material. Laws can change, so always check the official information from the exam authority before the exam.

10. Law and disputes
Polish law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. You can also use your country's consumer advice and dispute resolution bodies.
